Buhlebuyeza Creche in Kwa Sithebe, KwaZulu-Natal needs story books in isiZulu for 35 children to read and enjoy.
The village of Kwa Sithebe on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal is home to the Buhlebuyeza Creche run by Miss Bonyiwe Gumede: “Our area has the same problems as many others in that unemployment is very high. This leads to parents not being able to pay fees and so we have to make do with toys and teaching aids that we make ourselves. We also don't have our own building and use the Community Hall. When this is used on special days it means we have to close the crèche.”
