Dinah Mashabela oversees the early education of 70 children at Witbank’s Ebenezer ECD Centre: “Our centre serves an extremely poor community. There is no proper structure but mud has been used to erect the centre which consists of four small classrooms and a container. We have no outside equipment and very little furniture inside. The lack of learning resources is huge and books are non-existant.”
